The “About Us” page is the second-most read page on most websites, right behind the home page. Readers want to know about the humans who are behind the business or blog or opinions shown on a website.
Most people don’t like to brag about themselves. I’ll leave it to the psychology experts to explain why.
BUT . . . in the process of being humble or polite or modest, business people are hiding what’s really special about themselves. Qualities that could attract more clients to them IF their story was told.
I’m a Business Profiler.
I’m really good at listening to people, asking the right questions, and discerning what is unique about them. Things that prospects want to know. Things that make for cool reading on an “About” page.
